Castlery: Social Media Content for a Premium Furniture Brand

Your home, your story, share it
Problem

The Challenge

Castlery is a premium furniture brand with a distinctive design point of view — considered, contemporary pieces made for real homes rather than showrooms. Its challenge was one of perception more than product: getting that premium positioning to land with the right people online, and turning admiration for the look into genuine enquiries.

Before the engagement, its feed was inconsistent and didn’t convey the premium positioning; posts leaned on plain product shots that showed the furniture but not the lifestyle, the styling or the design thinking behind each piece. For a brand whose value lives in how a piece feels in a real space, that was a meaningful gap.

The audience Castlery needed to reach — design-led homeowners who care how their space looks and functions — makes decisions visually, and increasingly on social feeds. So the brief was clear: build a presence that looked as considered as the furniture itself, and that consistently moved people from admiring a post to picturing the piece in their own home and reaching out.

Solution

Our Approach

We treated Castlery’s social the way a premium brand should be treated: as an ongoing editorial story rather than a product catalogue. The starting point was a clear content direction that placed the furniture in context — styled in real, aspirational interiors — so every post did double duty, showing the product while selling the feeling of living with it.

In practice this meant a steady content calendar of posts and short-form video across its main social channels, shaped by regular content shoots and, where it helped, paid amplification to extend reach. Interior photography led the feed, supported by case-study-style content that showed how Castlery pieces come together in a finished room.

We were deliberate about consistency — a cohesive look, tone and posting rhythm — because a premium brand loses credibility the moment its feed looks scattered or off-brand. Just as importantly, we planned the content around the audience’s decision journey: enough to make them fall for the design, and a clear, low-friction route to enquire when they were ready.

The result was a feed that felt like a considered brand rather than a discount catalogue, doing the quiet work of building desire over time.

Because a premium brand is judged on consistency, the value compounded over time: every well-crafted post reinforced Castlery’s positioning, so the audience arrived warmer, more familiar and more ready to enquire. For a considered-purchase brand, that steady build of desire and trust is what turns social from a nice-to-have into a genuine sales channel.

This is the same process behind our social media management and social media video production services, plus content marketing.

INCREASE IN LEAD GENERATION

What made the difference

The single decision that shifted the results was choosing interior photography over plain product shots. Furniture shot on a white background is just an object; the same piece styled in a real, considered room becomes something people can picture in their own home — and that emotional leap is what turns a scroll into an enquiry.

By consistently showing Castlery’s pieces in context, we let the brand’s design philosophy speak for itself instead of leaning on specifications or price. It also reinforced the premium positioning at every touchpoint: the content looked as thoughtful as the furniture, which built the kind of quiet credibility a premium audience responds to and trusts.

That clarity of creative direction — one strong idea, executed consistently across every post — is what lifted both awareness and lead generation.
