EDGE Grant for Digital Marketing: Government Support for SEO, Ads and Social from 30 September 2026
From 30 September 2026, the EDGE Grant replaces PSG as Singapore’s main business grant, consolidating PSG, the Enterprise Development Grant and Market Readiness Assistance into one. PaperCutCollective is an EDGE Grant pre-approved digital marketing vendor, continuing from our IMDA SMEs Go Digital / PSG pre-approval. If your business is registered in Singapore with at least 30% Singaporean or PR ownership, our pre-approved digital marketing packages are supported up to 50% for eligible SMEs, within EDGE’s S$30,000 digital sub-cap. You apply on the Business Grants Portal, we deliver the campaign, and support is reimbursed to your company after the activity is complete and fully paid.

PSG is changing to EDGE
From 30 September 2026, Enterprise Singapore replaces PSG with a single grant called EDGE, which consolidates the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and the Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant into one. PSG stops accepting new applications on 29 September 2026.
Applications and projects already submitted under PSG continue to be assessed and supported through to completion and claim. Already applied under PSG? Your project continues — see our PSG page.
Businesses that previously used PSG, EDG or MRA can apply for EDGE, and non-SMEs can apply for the first time. The full activity list is published on the EDGE website and BizSG from 30 September 2026.
We’ll update this page the day EDGE launches, once the activity list and support rates are published. Sources: EDGE Grant · EDGE FAQ, Enterprise Singapore.
Already on PSG? Your project continues
If you applied for PSG before 30 September 2026, nothing is lost. Applications and projects submitted under PSG are still assessed and supported through to completion and claim, under PSG’s rules. There are simply no new PSG applications after 29 September 2026.
Completing your PSG claim
- Submit your claim on the Business Grants Portal with the invoice, proof of full payment and the usage report showing the campaign ran.
- Approved claims are reimbursed to your company’s PayNow Corporate account, typically in about 14 working days.
SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
- PSG is not stacked with the SFEC — you claim your digital marketing package on its own.
- Final SFEC claims for the old schemes (PSG, EDG and MRA) are due by 30 November 2026.

How to apply for the EDGE Grant
Enterprise Singapore requires the applying company to submit and manage the application itself; a vendor can’t do it for you. What we do is make each step a five-minute job.
Pick a package and get the quotation
Tell us your goals on a free strategy call. We recommend one of the five pre-approved bundles and issue a quotation addressed to your registered company name exactly as it appears on ACRA, which is what the portal checks. Do not sign or pay anything yet.
Apply on the Business Grants Portal
Log in at businessgrants.gov.sg with CorpPass, select the EDGE Grant, and upload our quotation, your ACRA profile and your latest financial statements. From 30 September 2026 the EDGE activities are listed on the portal and BizSG. We send a checklist so nothing is missed the first time.
Get the Letter of Offer, then we start
Once your Letter of Offer is issued and your company’s CorpPass Acceptor accepts it on the portal, you sign, we invoice, and the campaign kicks off.
We deliver and document
At the end of the package we hand you the deliverables, the invoice and a usage report, in the format Enterprise Singapore’s claim form asks for.
You claim, the support is reimbursed
Submit the claim on the portal with the invoice, proof of full payment and the usage report. EDGE support is reimbursed to your company after the activity is complete and fully paid.
