Is the PSG grant still available in 2026?

Yes — PSG is open

Yes. Enterprise Singapore confirms SMEs can continue applying for the Productivity Solutions Grant on the Business Grants Portal. Budget 2026 also expanded PSG to cover more digital and AI-enabled solutions.

One change to plan around

In the second half of 2026 Enterprise Singapore is launching EDGE, a single grant that merges PSG, the Enterprise Development Grant and the Market Readiness Assistance grant. PSG stays open until EDGE goes live, and applications approved under PSG are honoured. If you're considering a PSG-funded campaign this year, applying now means you're working under rules that are already known.

Our commitment

We'll update this page the day EDGE launches.

What the PSG digital marketing grant covers

The Productivity Solutions Grant is run by Enterprise Singapore. Digital marketing sits under IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital programme, and only packages that IMDA has assessed and listed qualify. PaperCutCollective’s SEO, SEM, social media advertising, social media management and content packages are on that list, so working with our digital marketing agency in Singapore means the grant applies.

What you get

  • Up to 50% of the package cost reimbursed to your company after delivery.
  • Up to S$30,000 in support per financial year (1 April to 31 March).
  • Fixed, pre-scoped packages so there's no proposal to write and no negotiation with the agency over what's in scope.

What to know before you start

  • You can use PSG for digital marketing once. Enterprise Singapore supports one package per solution category per deployment location. Choose the bundle that fits your growth plan, not the cheapest one.
  • Apply before you sign or pay anything. Any payment or deposit made before the application is submitted disqualifies it.
  • Approval takes about one week, so build that into your launch timeline.

Five steps, about an hour of your time in total

How to apply for the PSG digital marketing grant

Enterprise Singapore requires the applying company to submit and manage the application itself; a vendor can’t do it for you. What we do is make each step a five-minute job.

1

Pick a package and get the quotation

Tell us your goals on a free strategy call. We recommend one of the five pre-approved bundles and issue a quotation addressed to your registered company name exactly as it appears on ACRA, which is what the portal checks. Do not sign or pay anything yet.

2

Apply on the Business Grants Portal

Log in at businessgrants.gov.sg with CorpPass, choose Productivity Solutions Grant, and upload our quotation, your ACRA profile and your latest financial statements (management accounts are fine if you're under a year old). We send a checklist so nothing is missed the first time.

3

Get the Letter of Offer, then we start

Processing takes about one week. Once your company's CorpPass Acceptor accepts the Letter of Offer on the portal, you sign, we invoice, and the campaign kicks off.

4

We deliver and document

At the end of the package we hand you the deliverables, the invoice, and a usage report showing the campaign ran for at least 30 days, all in the format Enterprise Singapore's claim form asks for.

5

You claim, the grant is paid

Submit the claim on the portal with the invoice, proof of full payment and the usage report. Approved claims are paid to your company's PayNow Corporate account in about 14 working days.

You only get one. Make it count.
